Blairs contract is up next year. Cannot f##ken wait as he is a complete waste of salary cap, only bettered by T-Rex (sorry dogs).
Potter should never play him lock or second row ever. If he is to "play" only at prop to make him do something.

He did what I expected. A couple of decent runs and a couple of decent tackles. This is the sort of player that he is. If other players step up he fits right in. If you are looking for a forward leader then you have the wrong guy.

Please explain which of his 4 runs was decent.

Adam Blair- 53 minutes, 4 hitups, 39m, 23 tackles, 3 missed.

I got these stats from the official forum so they might be wrong but they look pretty accurate to me. I'm surprised he made that many tackles. His hitup rate is really poor however this was actually a good Blair game. Decent metres per hitup, some missed tackles but not a lot and a decent amount of tackles.

Its not that he was good. Its just that this is about the best that we can expect from him.

Next year the club would do well to cut loose Anasta, Blair & Galloway & invest in 2 props, one world class & the other a definite first grader.

There is no other alternative imo. We have suffered from a lack if go forward for most if Sheens' reign. And it hasn't improved much under Potter.

James Graham may be looking for a new club next year if the Dogs pick up Fifita. That'd be a great start.

They have to lose at least one big name player. They plan to resign Morris & Ennis as well as paying near a million for Fifita.

It was also mentioned that Kasiano may be going to union and that the Bulldogs are 400k under the cap due to Barba leaving the club for the next two years !

I wouldnt write off Galloway. Two disrupted years. Our best go forward prop when on the paddock.
Just needs to catch a break. Had six relatively injury free seasns before the last two.

Still our number one prop for mine. Hits the line, carries defenders and always makes his 8-10 metres.
Be patient.

Blair was quite good at prop late last year too.
Taupau looks the goods.
Brown will develop well.
Plus Ava, BMM, Sue, Gavet, Woods.

I think we are fine at prop for the first time in our 14 years.

No penetration or consistency in the backrow is the problem. No class either.
Ideally no lightweight nufties Anasta, Halatau, Thompson, Fulton. No Blair in backrow.

Galloway isn't getting any younger and with age comes a higher susceptibility to injury.

Cut him loose now, not after we sign him up for another 3 years riddled with injury and worsening performances, which is so much more likely than his coming back and playing his best footy ever.

He'll be 30 by the end of next year
