Saying 'she can't act' is silly as she was fine, but several good looking actresses could have done that. It's not like the role was incredibly difficult to play. The majority of roles aren't.

She isnt a bad actress per say. But put her in a movie with Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Christian Bale, Tom Hardy etc and amateur hour stands out.

I noticed that the MOS teaser we got here in Australian cinemas had Rustys (Jor El) voice over and not Costners (Jon Kent)

I loved it and I'm not really a Batman fan. I thought Hathaway looked awesome in the cat suit.

I thought the whole movie was excellent and gave a more realistic portrayal of Batman as a superhero. It almost seemed as though he could be real if that makes sense. None of what he did was like Keaton did as Batman 23 years ago.

Just my two cents.

Bane did steal the show IMO. He was excellent.

Yeah because the film didn't revolve around Bane did it? smh

It's like saying Batman stole the show. The one character I thoought stood out was Scarecrow, in his two minutes of screentime. Talia and Catwoman were average, Bane was awesome to watch but cliched. Overall I thought the four prior villains were much better. I also thought at least one of Joker or Two Face would have been in this film, and improved it.

I thought like that for the last one. This one I couldn't really suspend my disbelief for. The developments in Batman's character and the tone of the story didn't suit the prevous two films. And the complete idiocy of some of the characters was too much.

Batman never steals the show imo. Saying Bane stole the show was probably OTT but still he was the clear star character of the movie and IMO made the film and was a lot better than Anne Hathway who was hardly impressive.

I still feel that Two-Face should have been in another film and it was a mistake to kill him off in TDK. Nolan should have made a fourth film.

No Batman film has ever had Batman as the star (except maybe Batman and Robin because it was THAT bad) and the only comic I've ever read where Batman did it for me was Year One.

Also, the Johnathan Crane scenes were great. Scarecrow was my favourite character across the three films.

Having someone come in and try to be the Joker so soon after Ledger would have been stupid, no matter how good a job someone may have done they wouldn't have matched what Ledger did, and they would undoubtedly be criticised for it.

Agreed.

I personally would have liked to have seen Hugo Strange in the movies some where but I am quite happy with how the story has ended.

My only issues were

1. The way Batman v Bane ended. It was great with Batman beating the hell out of Bane. He should have beaten him so bad that his mask came off and ended there. Not with Catwoman shooting him. That was an anti climax to me.

2. Tahlia should have revealed herself much earlier. It was way too convenient for her to reveal when she did, and how she did. For the daughter of Raz Al Gul, she should have kicked a lot more arse than she did. Tahlia v Catwoman would have been interesting.

Also. I was initially dissapointed with the new direction that Superman is going with, but I'm happy to give it a chance.

My biggest fear is that people are expecting him to be something Superman is not.
