I really like the tone of the movie, having humanity questioning the role of Superman with the question of absolute power. I like that angle, plus Batfleck's voice is spot on "Tell me, do you bleed? You will" Obviously not Afleck's own voice.

But then you also hear Jesse Eisenberg's voice and he just sounds like a high school kid. I hope I'm wrong, but I just don't see him as Lex

Of course the potential is there. A Batman v Superman movie is more interesting than anything in the MCU
If Marvel had the rights to their best characters than that's a different story.

In terms of potential, Avengers has nothing on Justice League but that's based on potential. Marvel is living up to its potential while DC so far isn't.

wow! this is the first i've heard of this movie! it looks interesting and it's strange how in the movie some people have turned against superman after everything he has done for them (but alot of people are like that). superman's character could be like hancock's character in this movie - helps people, yet is hated and treated like shit, which turns him into an arsehole, although superman is an alien, but hancock is supposedly from earth but of a different species that is ancient

TBH I'd be more excited if they ditched Snyder and had Affleck direct.

Argo and The Town are top notch movies.

Snyder can direct a slow mo action scene and that's about it.
