depends on the layout of the new club

any new stadium build will have a corporate element

Too small (scale) as it is. It needs to be made bigger and then extend it. The chairman's lounge is planned to be in the new version of the ET/COE stand.

you can fit the cbus stands in that footprint. fit triple the amount of people

Seems the number might be around the 50m mark. I am assuming that's based on some actual plans or designs and not just throwing money at us and saying go do what you can with that.

Heard an interview with Chris Ayres on 2gb this arvo… seems like the 4 are Leichhardt, Brookvale, Penrith and Shark park. He wouldn’t commit to it but didn’t deny they were the ones when host asked him.

Expect confirmation in June when budget drops.

9.2 mil I think was the expense of the southern stand with the rest spent on the ET stand at the time to bring up to code.

I'd say the $ amount equals the knock down rebuild of a stand /COE from the MP stand to the goal line at the other end where the ET stand is now.
