I put in all the new mains power from the street and around the ground for the lights, new switchboards etc. This all had to be done before the stand works started but it was all included in the grant.

50 mil would probably get you what they wanted to build with that wrapping building around the et stand and all that

however, it has been mooted (this bit changes like the wind), that the COE would be elsewhere offsite.
meaning that plan could change.

id say if we are getting 50 million for shark park, part of that will be for womens change rooms for the NRLWteam, which was no doubt part of the pitch.

Yeah I recall there being a potential change in plans about moving the COE off site but I think if we get the funding the plan will go back to having the COE at the stadium

In an ideal world if they want to keep the hill, a horseshoe shaped stadium would work.

I have concerns about joining the MP to the PB, since there will be a hotel on that corner.

When I was looking at getting some space In the shopping centre the guy showed me the plans and it was planned to cover the entire space behind the ET and the creek with new building. Sheds, gyms etc

This is the approved concept for the $16-20mill ish COE (Based on the NSW gov 8 mil grant we already have but we had to match to activate, but never got the money from ScoMo to do so hence the talk of moving it offsite). This would be the basis on which to do a full rebuild if we are getting double that budget in grant size at least.

Same. If done right It should be the last thing they need to do for 2 decades. Make it up to standard to ensure there are no more “sharks need to move to better ground” arguments.

They are manufactured over the speakers. They have tried to make it sound genuine, and people did kind of join in, they then all of a sudden turn it off!
I watched the game this morning and it fooled the commentators, I'm wondering if it fooled the people at home too.

Yeah one particular angle showed for the first time (for me atleast) a view from the far north east corner which included vision of the front of the leagues club.

It showed the development going right up to the club suggesting it is absolutely part of the shopping precinct and not still “seperate”. This will drive foot traffic in big time.
