I must admit I don't recall Niegel signing to play with Parra. He played with the Bears up to 1988

Norths had an option on him for a third year but he thought the option couldn't be taken up so he signed with Parra. The Bears took him to court though and he had to stay.

Interesting...Never knew that. Thanks Mick. I haven't seen Neigel for many many years. Don't know where he is at these days. Matt Goodwin is still in West Wyalong, and goes to watch the Malleemen play in Group 20. Matt has the biggest set of hands I have ever seen.
