Jesus christ, there are actually multiple people who think a $7m spend on a superbowl ad is a good idea. And anyone who doesn't think it's a good idea, is called a "union troll".

Also, this idea that we could average 1m viewers because of it is ridiculous. The NBA is averaging 1.7m for regular season games.

The 29 game broadcasts are averaging 1,712,000 viewers, compared to 1,469,000 last year.

The MLS was averaging around 300k until one of the most well-known sportsmen in the world arrived.

Disney’s ESPN averaged 14.8 million viewers for each of its NFL games last season while the 34 regular-season MLS matchups it aired in 2022 on ABC and ESPN’s networks averaged 343,000 viewers. This marked the highest MLS viewership across Disney’s networks since 2007.

But apparently we are going to average a million despite the fact that most of our games are played in the middle of the night.

When did people on here become so delusional?
If the main melons don’t agree with you you’re instantly labelled a troll unfortunately. Their weird way of having an angry sook 😡😡

Ticket sales have slowed a little over the Christmas / New Year period (which isn't surprising). What I'm seeing currently on Ticketmaster:

- Lower Bowl: 15,800
- Middle Tier: 4,700
- Top Tier: 3,000

Puts the range around 23,500 if we exclude the middle 10 bays in the lower bowl (which have never completely gone on sale and were being used for travel packages, Raiders members, etc) and 27,000 if they are included.
