Yeah it was explained somewhere that he and the club both had options at different prices. Presumably ours is higher than his with an earlier deadline.

Possibly worth keeping Cartwright one more year, extending Greig two years. Taking the club options on Ogden and Hodgson (if we aren't signing anyone else to come in), and then letting everyone else go... bar Simonssen who was smart enough to negotiate control.

The options have all been updated on nrl.com and I need to fix them. Seems mutual options are something we like to throw around. It adds a fun little game theory aspect.
I've edited the last one and added Asi and Doorey (both mutual options).
Obviously those with a mutual option are more than likely going to be here, so of those without there is talk of Greig re-signing, and I reckon we will keep Cartwright so likely losses are:
