Lol at Brown being too small.

I was 181cm and would have been about 82kg as an 18 year old. As a random pleb, without NRL level fitness programs, diets etc, I was 92-93kg by the time I blew my knee at 21.

Surprisingly enough, 18 year olds are still f**ken growing! He's got some of the best fitness programs and trainers in the country ffs

I don’t see anything wrong in what he said. The article has been written to sensationalise his comments and create a story.

The “who doesn’t wanna be a millionaire?” comment was related to the offer from the warriors in the offseason, not Parra.

He knows that if he becomes a consistent quality first grader his value will increase dramatically and he’ll see where that sits at the end of the year.

Every other interview with the kid he has come across entirely level headed, humble and thankful. I wouldn’t let the creative journalism of the DT make you change your thoughts on him..

That's it. He gets asked a couple of questions and answers them. Newspapers have to sell copies / generate clicks, and winding up Parra fans is well-worn path to success historically. Seems to be working well.

Brown needs to review the what’s for dinner thread and start cooking some of your meals.

No doubt a lot of it is click bait, but his video taped response to a question about “putting eels fans at ease” on his long term plans at the club, his response of “all I can say is I’m comfortable here, that’s all I can say”, as well as his body language weren’t exactly convincing.

3.45min mark of the video below:

I'm not arguing either way, but the words of an 18 year old kid talking about money and "body language"?

Eels fans do love to find drama.

"Comfortable" is pretty good.
