Gidley will be a superstar under Bennett and Pearce is the incumbent, who else is there?

All the superstar play makers in the game are QLDs or Kiwis! The only player NSW has that comes close is Hayne but no one want to play him at fullback.

Thats what happens when he is not the best fullback to choose from.

After game 3 last year Im convinced that Haynes best position in centre

Unfortunately, like Gallen, he is played in a different spot at club level out of necessity

If Mullen or Gidley is to become a super star it'll be Mullen, not Gidley

I also agree with JW, Lawrence, Hayne centre combo is very appealing.

Mick Gordon played real well in his Origin debut, is there any chance he could play left side wing?

I'd be tempted to drop Tony Williams for Mannah... I don't like only carrying 2 specialist props into a game...

Yep, I'd think Hayne, Uate and maybe Lawrence (based on the fact Sticky said he was first choice centre until he got injured) are the only guarantees in the back line.

I'd honestly have Hayne and Jennings in the centres over Lawrence, with Uate and Gordon on the wing.

Lawrence is a very good player, but Hayne is a proven Origin performer and so is Jennings now. I haven't seen anything yet to suggest Lawrence can go the next step, and he hasn't been that impressive in his few games for Australia either (including last years Four Nations and the 1 test this year)

Gordon also looked good on debut for NSW
