Top 8 is my focus at the moment not Top 4 - so I'd prefer Roosters, Raiders and Rabbitohs.

If the boys are looking at the ladder maybe having the Tigers and Cowboys on our tails would be a good thing but I would just prefer the buffer over them at the moment.

Yeah just don't think top eight is a sure thing yet by any stretch - one loss could change things quite easily.

I am looking forward to next week's game and still quietly confident that playing a quality side like Canberra will bring the best out of the side.

Bulldogs should be a sure thing but you never know what complacency can do. Last two weeks have eased concerns on complacency.

Cronulla will be a massive challenge as they're bound to win eventually and will be absolutely desperate. Of course, they also always have bested us. I would honestly try buy into that rivalry and disappointment of last year's loss to them in the semis to fire the boys up because the Sharks will certainly be desperate. A big crowd will help.

Broncos and Cowboys away will both be tough not just because we typically struggle in QLD but because at this rate both could still be chances of a top-eight finish and will be desperate.

Roosters at SCG will be very hard unless they rest players.

Knights at home will be tough too but home ground advantage may be enough.

4 wins is the bare minimum we may need to get into the eight given our F/A. It's achievable but those last four games will be hard (given two are in QLD).

Even more sorted if we got the penalty try correctly. Still don't see us making up 80 odd to give us a decent F/A.. Bombed tries and incorrect ref calls are hurting

We've reached the point where 4 from 7 will get us 8th.

To make the top 4 we have to beat Canberra and Roosters and rely on them meeting one another. That would put us level with one of them, but with for and against to be made up. The Rabbitohs have such a creamy draw we're not catching them, and the Storm are long gone.

Those in front of us will improve as they win more games. 2 losses from us and 2 wins from Cows for example you'd think that gap changes. It is why still need to keep winning

You're right but if we keep winning our F/A will be better than most mid table teams. Only thing that will ruin us now is a big loss.

Not even that. Take WT on -60 for example. We can have 2 1 point losses if they win 2 in a row by even 6. They jump us so far from safe yet
