He jumped the fence...took 5-10 seconds once over the fence to get his dacks off...THEN started running. A guard got to him at about halfway but he easily put a step and fend on him. All the other fat f**ks were never going up catch up, he had way too much toe for them

Didn't look that way. There was an overlap when Hodges scored as Jennings moved off his mark. In this case the streaker impeded the defender... or at least security did lol.
