issue is... they are excuses.

I like what you posted Cagey, and i wont bag you for it. But i completely disagree.
I feel poor decisions have put us in the hole mate. We lose a lot of quality players,
we're losing more next year, we sign a lot of "cutters" players.... it just stinks. I'll be the loudest
cheering for the boys at Brookie... dont get me wrong.
But we can't all agree things are rosie.

We played very badly in at least half of those games the stats aren't warped, they are what they are.
Look at the teams, the locations, the team lineups, the scores. Frankly it's about as fair a comparison as you could get.
When you call stats warped or distorted, back up your argument

we played bad and never looked out of most of those games ! fact

dont need to look that deep, that football team worked & had a game plan regardless how bad the game was going.

this current one are a rabble.

Great memories. One of the best shots was when Soward raced up in support of Boyd - he came from nowhere. Soward still has that pace.

Now I know they played very few minutes but gees creagh and merrin were ordinary.
They look like players extremely down on confidence. I watched creagh in particular and he honestly rarely looked for the ball. Runs decoys and that's it. They didn't demand to play more minutes. Watching bird and Lewis in particular they are just on another level. They are so far ahead in toughness, aggression, desire and class. I think this clearly shows the issues we are facing at the mighty dragons.

I'm not having a crack at the boys. Please don't get me wrong. But I think anyone could see merrin and creagh were easily the weak link tonight. Every minute they played I felt it was a token gesture by Stuart.

What's happened to us? Seriously what had happened at club level to make players like creagh as merrin look like school boys amongst men?? A complete lack of confidences for mine. If price was watching I honestly think it may have just hit home.
