So what your saying is your happy with how the clubs gone and how the season has gone thus far?
I don't hate Bluey I just think he is a rubbish coach.

I blame the owners spouting about a 'development team'
they no nothing about the nrl..the toughest professional league played..
its not a game for 'boys'

Pulling our starting props off after 20 odd minutes is exactly what Cleary did all last season with no complaints. Mateo has been brought on at all different stages throughout games or has started, all three may have been off the field at the same time for periods of different games, but i doubt he and both props were all interchanged at the same time.

As far as i can remember Matulino and Mateo have been on for at least the last 10 minutes of every game or damn close to it...Hurrell was cleared to go back on by the Warriors medical staff, and was re-injured in his first hit-up. That injury may not of helped his defensive game against Matai, but we saw with his absolutely woeful defense against the Cowboys...it probably made no difference.

Bluey may have tried starting Matulino off the bench so we had him on the field for the last 20 minutes of the first half....which is a valid enough reason, but the fact that he doesn't defend at center or on the wing means we will still lose games because of our pathetic edge defense whether Mut's is on the field or not.

Right. the experts reckoned we had the best prop rotation in the comp last year.

Difference this year is Sam Rapira out hurt and Sione in.

Im not blaming Lousi..

I'm sure we would have won the comp this year if Rapira, Ropati and Luck werent injured. Thats the reason we're so bad.

those three right there.

Rapira and Luck were big losses but it shouldn't have been to the point where we are a bottom three finish. Cannot blame that on two injuries alone.

Ropati wouldn't have made a difference.

The most displeasing / concerning thing for me is when the club needed to surge / when it was all actually down to motivation we completely and horribly folded.

Bluey the great motivator couldn't motivate the team.

It just stinks.

HTF were we going to surge with a large percentage of our senior playing roster injured, a key signing not giving a f**k and the gaps filled with inexperienced kids ?

Its cool to blame the coaching staff but why were the NYC players picked ahead of the more game hardened Vulcans ?

re the prop rotation- we did have the best prop rotation last year, but this year Sam Rapira has been injured and Lillyman's has been injured/form has slumped. We got off to a nightmare start in that department. I think Sione Lousi has played well this year.

to blueys defence, lillyman did start his warriors career in the second row.. maybe bluey thought he could rekindle some of that old magic...

Um... exactly, why is this happening? who makes the selections?

where would you like to start ?

The coach coaches people at his disposal. Ask D Bell who calls the shots in regard to who the FG coach has available..

Lilly has only heen at around 75% all season. You notice when he carts the ball up and goes into a tackle, he leads with his left side. Dont know if its physical or psychological but his injury hurt him in more ways than one.

Re Sione, he came to FG from the Vulcans. He wasnt with them long ( a year and a bit) but its very obvious..

He plays for the dogs now..

How can a guy who was never picked be blamed for "not giving a f**k". I just find it laughable that we dumped a good player who we badly need right now and some of us still find a way to blame him for our terrible season.

According to you Bluey and our management can do no wrong.

Ozbash doesnt really like Bluey, he just likes to stir the shit up and take a contrarian view.

I never said that. I do say the problems the club is having right now go way beyond the coach.
I also say the team is 100% behind the coach, despite all the rumours, inuendo and assorted bullshit flying around these boards.

So tell me Einstien, why wasnt Inu picked and why did the club f**k him off ?
