All three! Some games on Nine and some games on Seven. Internationals and Origin on Ten!

Share the love, brothers. Amen!

To be honest i dont think there is much difference at all between 7,9 and 10. None of them really care about sport imo (although they say they do) and none of them will put league ahead of a cheesy current affairs show that gets more viewers. To see a real difference, the nrl will have to be much more strict in its contract demands next time.

Can't see it going to 7 with their AFL/Motor Racing commitments.
The assumption being they still have those commitments by 2013. But they currently don't have any such commitment to the AFL beyond the end of 2011 so it's anybody's guess how much Rugby League they could fit into their schedule.

I think the ideal product would be to incorporate the 2 games and the Sunday Footy Show into one program called "Sunday Football", airing from 1pm - 6pm.

Much like TNT does with their weekly NBA doubleheaders (airing Fridays on OneHD).

Sounds good.

Channel Nine, sevens committment to AFL is to large. NRL will become second fiddle, and at seven the strings will be broken...

Keep Channel 9, even if they do not broadcast League to the Southern States I'm sure 7 won't do any better. And no Ten until they broadcast out here in the country!

why say that?

9 may buy the AFL rights as they will be up for grabs before the NRL rights

7 may have nothing come 2012 if 9 have bought the AFL rights

the priority (after getting the right money) for me would be to get it off Ch9.
They are a joke when it comes to commentary of nearly any sport. They once set the benchmark but now just rest on their laurels.

The crap they dish up as RL coverage is a joke.

Are any of you aware how pathetic the coverage is on 7 and 10 for sport.

The only AFL game shown live on free to air is the 2pm saturday game on 10. The others are all shown on delay(which varies between 30 mins to 3 hours).

7 even sometimes only show highlights of the Sunday AFL game to fit in the V8Supercars.

Union is shown on a 1 hour delay on 7.

What makes anyone think that league will get better than what 9 give us now?

Ch7 is anti-league, would rather 10 over 7.
Of course they're anti-League. They don't have any rights to it and they're paying over $50m annually for the rights to the biggest competitor. Same for Ten. Why would they have one good word to say about League in that situation? In fact, far from counting against them, this is actually one very good reason to spread the rights around next time. Ensure everybody has some interest in giving the game fair coverage, because if they don't then they're damaging a product for which they're paying $40m plus (each) per year.

That should be a hanging offence in NSW.

especially when they have RL reporters who would do a better job

this clown came down from Queensland Ten where he was always wanking on about AFL and the Lions. he also used to host an AFL show there called Queensland Rules with that Akemanus dick
