Oh,so the ones that Wests Ashfield are building from scratch, to ensure we keep these thousands of juniors being lost to Penrith ( although we can't name any) to save them a further 10 minute commute to Concord.
Whitlam center looks OK from the minimal info online about it

But isnt that Woodward Park, where you suggested earlier?Really shithouse football ground facilities, the old ground for Liverpool City JRL (???) has been run down by council after Oasis went belly up. At least it was like that last time I drove by.

Pray tell, where do you suggest; Bisonman. Lower North Shore!!!
Mayer will be attempting to get the best deal and facilities. If this means Campbelltown, Liverpool, Ryde or Leichhardt compete to provide the best training facilities this is the best outcome regardless of where they are located.
Homebush?
Or is that just for playing?
Deal?
Is there some expectation that someone will give them some money?
If it is a forced relocation due to the M4 extension construction, you would believe there would be some type of financial compensation.
They are just a tenant.
Unlikely I would have thought.
True, depends on the tenancy agreement (number of years to go).
And what compensation would they then get?
The difference in rent that they would need to pay at an alternative premises I would assume.
It's not like the developers are going to give them money to build alternative premises.
A spokesman for the WestConnex Delivery Authority said: ''The exact number of properties to be acquired for the M4 East will not be identified until the environmental assessment is completed in late 2014.''
''I'm not against the WestConnex tunnel,'' Mr Pafumi said. ''I'm all for it.'' But he said it was not fair that neighbouring properties would be purchased, while his lost value because of the motorway.
''Estate agents have said this would be a couple of hundred thousand [dollars from the value of his house],'' Mr Pafumi said on Friday.
