benji choked by kicking out on full last year & jamie perfected it by slotting the winning field goal. Geez that must of hurt. I really havent looked at it from your perspective. I think I understand why u hate Soward. He buried you last year.

Bring it on Tigers boys!

Should be a cracker of a game I'm already pumped up. Shaping to be a classic of a game and the clubs have a great history with each other. All the best to your boys and enjoy the clash on Friday.

We'll see who's laughing Friday night dickhead. Maybe the little girl soward will go off with a sore back again. Back spasms from copping it from behind off nightingale perhaps?

LOL at the dragons fans who say the refs are biased towards us.
And the seriously think so.

I had a bit of a troll in their forum ( thought I was entitled to after Blacklock started a topic in ours :D ), and mentioned how cooper ends up with his forearm locked around the neck of the tackled player 9/10 times.
And how Young flops like a lazy dog over 7/10 tackles.
And how jeremy smith, the biggest cat/dog out of all of them, should have been penalised for the knees in Tuquiri's back in the GFQ last year.

But you just can't get through to them. They win 1 comp, and have been strumming themselves over it ever since.
We all know a saints supporter.
And they all have one common trait.
Just like Ennis, Watmough, Soward and Matai.

It's a hard call to decide which supporters are hated the most. Can't split manly and the dragoons.
I think, for their inanely stupid banners . .the dragons fans win.

Should be a great game on Friday.
I hope it re-lives the 05 final. But I hope even more that the TV cameras spend a bit more time on their fans after they lose.
Ya just can't get enough of a grown man(in red and white) crying.

 But if they are loooking like they will lose, most of their fans would have streamed out of the ground before games end.

The fact is the dragons are a great team and it is going to be tough, all semis should be.

You can never underestimate a side coached by Bennett and that includes, Boyd, Nightingale, Cooper, Gasnier and Morris in the backs, Weyman, Young and Scott in the forwards.

Soward and Hornby lead them around the park well and follow the game plan of their coach.

What we have to do is: play smart, limit errors, give them limited opportunities in our red zone and defend their left edge well.

Easier said than done.

Good luck to us and may the best team win.

your right, the tigers never choke. they really havent played to many finals games in the last 20 years anyway. If I can re-call, only 05 which u won & 10 which you lost 2 of 3. How many big games did you play in all the other years? I can tell you, NONE. we all know you fear the dragons

Funny how this post was ignored. Pretty spot on.

And it's cringing to see people resort to the choking line...especially fans of a team that were beaten by 'chokers' in the prelim. Just sad.

That said, should be a great game. Impossible to tip!

Iam not confident at all, half our side did not train today because of injury and Lawrence is long odds to play. As I said before, we had to make our run early this year and maybe we have ran our race. On the other hand the Dragons started at 100 miles per hour than stopped dead and are now off again. I f we get a second bite might be a different story, but this week I think we will be off the pace
I am confident, for the following reasons:
1. Sheens said that he has run the team ragged over the last 4 weeks & the Sharks game was probably due to tired legs more than anything. So this week should see them fresh, fit & raring to go.
2. The last 4 weeks have showed the opposition nothing, all the talk is to stop Benji, that is easier said than done, there are plenty of others to worry about as well. Sheens indicated that he wasn't to worried about results as he was already in the semi's.
3. We will be playing with our first pick squad. Benji said on the box last night that Sheens had some tricks still up his sleeve.
4. I think it is the dragons that started to early, because they had to, because of there poor form, I don't think there poor results have vanished from there minds, when we get in front, they will be thinking about it & I am sure some of the WT's will be reminding them of it as well?

We're gonna lose the way we're playing. We beat Saints and Manly as we played conservative football and waited for our chances to attack. Against Parra, Titans and Sharks we played our old touch footy style with lacklustre defense.

I'm hoping to god Tim Sheens has let Benji get his brain snap quota out of the way against the lesser teams so now we're in the finals we can play the same footy that helped us beat Saints and Manly again.

It's pretty easy to tell. If we run it on the 5th within the first 5 minutes, not because we have great field position, but because a certain someone got excited then we're gonna get cooked.

Is it really that difficult to distinguish the difference between "his" and "he's". Did you pass 2nd grade english or did it prove to be too much of a challenge?

Well said, Firey.
I was just about to reply to yet another effort from this clown, when I noticed his grammar.
I was taught at a young age not to pick on those that God has forsaken.

Enjoy yourself Napoli.

I hope Soward does well in the Dally M's.

Or in the M and M's. Take your pick.

I can just imagine you mimicking Soward taking a conversion . . . . galloping and clip-clopping about in your lounge room, giggling like a schoolgirl. Rocking back and forth, screwing up your little face, a clip, followed by a clop, and away you go.
Mum probably doesn't mind that you break another vase, after all, you are just expressing yourself.

Good for you Napoli. It's good to see you trying to fit into regular society.
Good for you.

Mate, check out the MBDS.

We'll have it on live, there is usually a few Tigers supporters there.

I can't guarantee they'll be there for the second half though. :p

lies.

our fans are pillars of the community.

tigers fans are parasites, slaughtering small kids and animals.

Pillars of the community... sure. But it's obvious you don't get out much and your community is really quite small and insular. How else can you explain support for a team whose only claim to fame right now is their coach? It's a shame because there's a big old world out there... but if you stepped too far out into the light I guess you'd see what you're missing out on, and this frightens you.

As for parasites - I guess it is possible for a parasite to kill a small kid or an animal, but to slaughter one is another thing entirely. I expect you meant something different, but got tongue tied. That's understandable - when you step out into the light you are sure to be dazzled at first.
