"on" rather than "in".... terrible typo.

Where to start on Maca.

Firstly, your diet is crap.

Secondly, no offence, but it would be reasonable to suggest that you have a little more BF to drop than Wicks, so its a bit easier at your end.

No excuses though, Wicks is terrible, but if I get a chance to lay the boot into Macavity, I wont pass it up.

Mason would have about 4" in Wicks:shock: I think.

110-115 would be fine for him as impact.

125 is ridiculous.

Not sure that Willy would be happy to only have 4" and Wicks, well I guess he doesnt mind.....:lol::lol:

I'm willing to bet that I have a similar diet to Wicks. In my favour though I have an incredibly fast metabolism that absolutely refuses to let me put on any weight, no matter how much I eat and don't exercise.

Yeah, sure I'll prolly be dead from a heart attack by the age of 28, but at least I'll leave a trim corpse :D

You'd struggle to put on any muscle as well wouldn't you?

Yeah pretty much. I don't get enough protein into my diet, nor do I have the effort to make use of my gym membership

ATM I'm ~67kg (180cm), and I'm willing to bet that 66.5kg of that is made up of bone, skin, hair and metal

Yeah I got a good friend who's like that.

He can eat Maccas everyday and not put on weight which pisses me off.

But he can't put on muscle at all and I can so that comforts me.

Pff muscle, who needs it. Our Dell rep at work goes to the gym pretty much every day and lives on a diet of protein shakes...I lol at him cause he can't touch his shoulders as his biceps are too big

my metabolism is medium paced I'd say. I mean, I've been inactive sports wise for years now, eating junk food and the rest of it and I've only got an average-sized gut to show for it

Anyway.. this business about picking teams is getting a little saddening. Stick with a winning formula.

I think half the problem is Smith thinks he is smarter than he really is.

Like he is trying to be different just to be cutting edge unique. Out- thinking himself.

He certainly marches to the beat of a different drum, but rugby league players are generally simple blokes, athletes not famous for their brains, and as Jack Gibson said " Keep It Simple Stupid ".

I thinks its time Smith applies the K.I.S.S theory to his team selections.

Name a 17, run out with that 17, and win a game of freakin rugby league.

Surely the ability to keep the same team on the field week in week out can only help to build combinations, team morale, and consistency.
Spot on have long said that he tends to outsmart himself with his duck and drakes ie mind games.
