I really want to see a photo of him on his first day after this comming pre-season I think he could be upwoulds easily of a 130kg's.

Think he got down to 114.5 by preseason end.

I reckon 110 would be around his ideal weight.

He is roughly same height as Willie. Willie in his prime was 105kg, I think he's a few kgs heavier these days.

Wicks' lowest was 114.5kg, that isnt a very good effort. Especially since he's put on 10kg AND also plays footy each week, how the hell do you manage that :?

His diet must REALLY suck.

I'm trying to compare it to myself.

I'm on a fair diet, nothing serious, but also don't imagine I get as much exercise as him, including his game time. Yet I don't put on 10kg, im steady if not losing slowly.

Mason would have about 4" in Wicks I think.

110-115 would be fine for him as impact.

125 is ridiculous.

im not on a great diet (but I try), and go to the gym 3 times a week, and a couple of walks per week, and have gone from 124 to 119 in 7 months. not flash I know, but how the hell does a pro athlete do the opposite.....
