Beating Newcastle twice this year (im dating a knights fan who loves to remind me of the '01 GF)

God damm, Knights fans, lets beat them again next year.

We wouldve beat them anyway if they had Johns, cause we were leading 14-0 till he came off injured.

all we needed was Lyon walking out of the club on the night of the St George game and would of been a complete set!!

it was a pretty dark time for the club wasn't it?

And why is that?

I for one did not shell out my hard earned money to see a bunch of talented footballers who dedicate their lives to playing the sport compete at a soulless eight year old level.

That match was a disgrace - no heart, no passion, nothing.

And then to have the players come out and whinge about the fact we booed them just makes it worse.

If they can't handle it, then leave and let someone else join in who can.

I would've thought your #1 bestest moment ever would have been getting reunited with your long lost brother Corey??

you know what mate - i pay my money jsut the same as evetryone else - in fact i pay it at away games too - plus petrol/airfares/train tickets just to see those boys play and i would never NEVER boo them off the field. If you are admitting that you did it i must admit i am very very suprised.

You can be disapointed in them, you can be angry at them, but to boo your own players is a disgrace

I doubt any player can handle being booed by their so-called supporters. How ppl who boo their own team can call themselves "supporters" is beyond me. A team needs it's supporters to be behind them through thick and thin. So we had an off year, so what? You get that. Sure it's disappointing, and some of the games made me wonder why I support them, but I still stuck by them and I will never boo them. Of course the players were upset, they were booed by their own fans. As if they weren't disappointed enough after a loss like that! You reckon they weren't down on themselves 100 times more than any idiot who booed them? All you had to do was look at their faces after the game, they were shattered. They knew they'd stuffed up, and all they ask is a little support from the people who are supposed to do that, and they get booed. It's something that I hope never to see repeated by any Parramatta fans anywhere, no matter what. Be disappointed, be upset, but booing your own team is a disgrace. No team should have to put up with that, no matter how bad they play. As Hindy said, the people who did that should get out there and do better.
