Our biggest hurdle is that Marseille haven't been illuminated from CL yet which may make it hard this window but then again they may not proceed very far. Its good that we are aiming high and its probably more unlikely than likely but as I said, I like our ambition.

Levey was in France last week talking to him but no one knows how that went as yet.

Hoilett seems more likely.

Well we need to make a statement of intent, we know all the other clubs competing for the title or top four will either spend big money or make a few acquisitions.
To not sign anyone would seem a bit farcical.
Harry knows what he is doing though, I believe. Hoilett, Remy, Leandro, etc; regardless, we need cover for Adebayor and our wingers.

there is also no guarantee that Ade will still be with us next season and this is the last chance for the likes of Citeh to buy before being affected by the FFP, so I think a few clubs will spend big

haven't heard anything about King

I'd be surprised as he doesn't normally train

Agreed, and what a goal it was. The crowd and the team went nuts.
It's his second goal for the club actually - he scored a memorable opener in our first game of the season against Liverpool in the 2009-2010 season.
He deserved it thoroughly, his work rate and defensive contribution go unnoticed so many times.

Dawson was fantastic and my man of the match, to play that well when he hasn't played in the EPL since August is phenomenal regardless of the team we faced.
Walker, Livermore and van der Vaart were all superb, the rest being very good to good. Bale was pretty quiet again.
On a side, VDV played the whole match and was definitely working very hard throughout.
Livermore deserves a special mention - to think that he can slot in so well when Parker, Sandro and Huddłestone are all injured is testament to our fantastic central midfield depth.

Equal second with an opportunity to go equal first.
Bring it on!
COYS!

I thought Bale was good, few breaks in the second half which could have resulted in goals

I didn't say he was bad, Adebayor should have scored from Bale's early set up for example.
But he's still not really.....playing to what he should be. I think the press from the Norwich game has got to his head, he's been either poor or quiet ever since by comparison to his performances against teams such as Aston Villa.

Yer Samba looks a done deal, because of Gary Cahills move. Gees this Junior Hoilett is one plasyer I hope we avoid. In my opinion hes highly overrated. Give me Remy though

Hoilett would improve our squad, he's a pretty classy player and very young.

Appears we are waiting till end of season to have crack at Vertonghen as he is not re-signing with Ajax so he'll be alot cheaper end of the season.

When you consider that we may be without Gallas, King and Bassong in about a years time, it looks like we are planning for the future.

I streamed the Liverpool game but was watching updates of your game.

You get those games every now and then. It sounded like you should have won, something about an onside adebayor goal getting called offside (again).

According to a couple of Wolves forums Frimpong had a good game while he was on so happy about that.

thats 3 goals now that Ade has scored fairly according to the replays, and he has been called offside

Stoke, Chel$ki and now Wolves, a loss and 2 draws that should have been avoided

not sure why Defoe isn't getting too much game time, he is better than Adebeyor atm

Yeah ade has been struggling lately, guess Defoe will get his chance seeing as ade can't play against man city...

And shit we are bad against corners. I swear 80 % of the goals we have conceded this year have been from corners
