but with FFP coming in next season you have to spend that little bit extra for a top young english talent, its like arsenal, Gervinho from Lille, who was basically the best player in the double winning team will cost them about 12mill euros,
they also going for a young english kid from southampton alex oxlade chamberlain and they wont settle for anything less than 14mill for a 18yr old playing in Div 3
for some reason english players are 30%+ more on transfer fees

So Modric has been quoted as saying he wants to leave Tottenham.
"I wish to make it absolutely clear, as I have said previously, that none of our key players will be sold this summer," said levy.
"We are building a team for the future to consistently play at the highest level and retaining quality players is crucial to that.
"In respect of Luka Modric, we are not prepared to sell, at any price, to Chelsea Football Club or any other club.
"We made our stance on this issue abundantly clear in writing to Chelsea. They chose to ignore it and then subsequently made the offer public.
"For the avoidance of any doubt, let me reiterate that we shall not enter into any negotiations whatsoever, with any Club, regarding Luka.
"We now consider this matter closed."
yeah, if we dont make CL footy next season
So he'll be leaving in the next summer transfer window?

Sanchez, set to turn out for Chile in a friendly against Estonia in Santiago later on Sunday, was signed by Udinese in 2006 for $2.8 million. He was loaned to Argentinas River Plate in 2007.
Yeah, I know... Plenty of clubs courting him. Tottenham is just the latest.we aint the only ones talking to him
I think you are right, we may be linked to him by the media but I haven't heard anything to back that up.
I reckon at least 95% of what is printed in the media over there regarding transfers is horse shit
You're being generous there Twizz.
54 million US?
I rate Sanchez, but that's a huge amount for a player who only scored 12 goals last season.
