GETTING DEALS DONE
"If a club gets a 'deal-sheet' into the Premier League before 2300 BST they can keep working on the fine details of a transfer after the deadline.
"The deal-sheet has to be signed by the buying and selling club and the player and must include the agreed terms of fee and wages. If that is completed correctly and is in before 2300, clubs will be granted extra time.
"If it is an international transfer deal, the clubs have until midnight, because that is when Fifa's Transfer Matching System closes. If it is a domestic deal, the clubs have until 0100 BST."
Will Adams via 81111: I think Reading did better transfer business than Manchester United, and we brought Wayne Bridge.
It's worth remembering that two weeks ago Manchester United had a 'derisory' bid of £28m rejected from Everton for both Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines. That bid was £28m - today they've paid £27.5m just for Fellaini - 1-0 to Everton...
So Spurs sell their best player, put down 120 million pound on players, laugh at Arsenal all summer then the gooners out do them again Hahaha They really are a joke of a club.
Happy with Lukaku and McCarty. Meh on Barry, but overall I'm happy with Everton's window. Fellaini is a big loss, but Baines staying is a pleasant surprise. I still think we have a competitive squad.
Asking an honest question, are you happy with how the window went down for Arsenal or do you think you needed a few more signings? From a mild supporters perspective, I think Benzema and maybe Di Maria would have been astute signings if possible. Missing out on Higuain was definitely a kicker.

By signing Ozil? Spurs have had a far better window overall than Arsenal.
