So Spurs sell their best player, put down 120 million pound on players, laugh at Arsenal all summer then the gooners out do them again Hahaha They really are a joke of a club.

GETTING DEALS DONE
"If a club gets a 'deal-sheet' into the Premier League before 2300 BST they can keep working on the fine details of a transfer after the deadline.

"The deal-sheet has to be signed by the buying and selling club and the player and must include the agreed terms of fee and wages. If that is completed correctly and is in before 2300, clubs will be granted extra time.

"If it is an international transfer deal, the clubs have until midnight, because that is when Fifa's Transfer Matching System closes. If it is a domestic deal, the clubs have until 0100 BST."

There might be a bit more news still to come then...

Happy with Lukaku and McCarty. Meh on Barry, but overall I'm happy with Everton's window. Fellaini is a big loss, but Baines staying is a pleasant surprise. I still think we have a competitive squad.

Please tell me you are trolling?

Arsenal spent 42 million pounds on a player they don't even need (ask anyone, creativity is not what they needed strengthened) while Spurs spent 100 million (get it right) and sold 100 million, breaking even and having probably the most improved team of any in the EPL by a mile?

By the way, don't take the comment about Ozil to mean he won't be a great buy, he's world class and anyone can see that. I think most would agree though that in a team that already has Cazorla, Wilshere, Arteta to return, Ramsey, etc that creativity was hardly their issue. What happens if Giroud goes down injured?

Asking an honest question, are you happy with how the window went down for Arsenal or do you think you needed a few more signings? From a mild supporters perspective, I think Benzema and maybe Di Maria would have been astute signings if possible. Missing out on Higuain was definitely a kicker.

Well up until today the window was average, with Ozil coming in we now have a ton of options. Flamini coming back is good for DM and cover of RB.

Viviano is pure for Depth and Sanogo is a future player, but i doubt he makes it at Arsenal, still very Raw and will most likely move on in 18 months.

We cleared alot of Wage space off, close to 450K a week, which will help.

As for Benzema and Di Maria, both would have been great buys, but at the cost of 45mill and 25-30 mill, it was never going too happen. Missing out on Higuian isn't all bad, its made Giroud move to another level and work on his game. Which so far has been Brilliant. Plus Podolski and Walcott can cover Striker.

Hopefully next season we can get someone like Lars Bender in, that will fix the DM problem quickly.

So in the end the window has been the best in a while, we get a WC player, plus get rid of alot of deadwood and wages. Plus it gives the Team and Fans a boost. Hopefully we can push for a title challenge and the FA cup.

By signing Ozil? Spurs have had a far better window overall than Arsenal.

Difference is we had far less holes, where as Tots needed alot more. Lamela and Eriksen are both class and can become WC, Paulinho and Soldado fill needs and the rest will either ride the bench or play minor parts, excluding injuries.

I am heartbroken that Ozil left. To get rid off a class performer and overspend on a player like Bale is just utter stupidity by the club.

Reports are coming in that Madrid are keen on selling Benzema to Arsenal in the next transfer window. And they will use that money to try and buy either Luis Suarez or Sergio Aguero.

Suarez apparently told his family that he is still keen on a move to Madrid.

Anyone who pays over 20 for Benzema is geniused. He's not a kid anymore and he hasn't got close to delivering on his potential. I think a move away from Madrid would be the best for him but in his current form I can't see many CL clubs wanting to throw a tonne of money at him.

If Liverpool don't make the top 4 this season i can see Madrid going in for Suarez next June.

Reports coming in that Di Maria is set to leave Madrid.

Im a bit heartbroken. Di Maria is such an exciting footballer to watch and is an absolute class act when on song. Has been playing very well this season so far but his position in the team is pretty much taken by Bale so his game time has been limited. So it is understandable why he would want to leave.

They say Monaco will be his likely destination. I'd love to watch him play in the EPL.
