Babel is proof that just because you look like Thiery Henry doesnt mean you are

Generally a lazy player, doesnt seem to care what happens out there. Which is a shame because everynow and again he shows some class and i can see us selling him and watching him become brilliant.

He's got talent, just that Rafa was never able to fit him in. No doubt someone will pick him up.

I wouldn't say no TBH.

We need all the attacking players we can get at the moment and I remember the battle was between us and the Scouse to nab his signature in the first place.

Alonso > Arsenal, plz.

Can't comment on Hazard as I haven't seen him play. Yet another French based 18 year old. Being 5'7 he hardly seems like the dominating midfielder we desperately need. However with four senior caps for Belgium already, he sounds promising.

But as always, In Arsene we (blindly) Trust.\

Hangeland is ok, I don't know whether I'd start him ahead of Djourou or Gallas though.

Wow, Xabi Alonso is probably the last person Liverpool should get rid of, but when you factor in moving back home he probably just wants to go home.

As for Arsenal, he is probably the extra quality player they need.

hazard would do wonders for the left wing.... but with being so small he mgiht not handle the prem league.... and that would leave us with walcott, arsh and hazard all 5 and a half feet of them

Yeah, in all honesty whilst Alonso has been good, before the season just gone he's never really been brilliant. Benitez was trying to offload him last year and clearly Alonso is still upset by it... it's not a case now of Benitez wanting to get rid of him, but Alonso not wanting to stay.
