Wow nearly a 6 fold return for the Rovers considering they only paid 3.5 million for him.

Rovers will almost certainly be looking for a decent striker to replace him and CM to fill Tugay's boots.

Depends whether he has stopped sooking or not.

His dissidence and brat behaviour causes moral to plummet. Something we do not need.

However, he is slightly shorter than Gallas, one of the factors in Bill's favour. I agree though, Silvestre > Anywhere but Arsenal ASAP.

and I read an article during the week how Citeh were sick of being quoted "Citeh" prices for players, yet they pay amounts like this

hes a decent sort of att midfielder if he can stay on the pitch he will help create chances but he seems to be in kinda a injury rut

To be honest i don't think things were going to be any better for him at Man City. Surprisingly i think Chelsea offers him better opportunities off first team football, as crazy as that sounds.

I think best career move would've been to join a team like Everton or Villa, good Uefa cup quality teams where he'll see 1st team football, now he'll just be another SWP

I dont see alot of thought going into some of Citeh's targets.

It just seems to me that if some one is one the move, they make a bid for them.

I reckon a few could be off in January.

Albiol is set to move from Valencia to Madrid.

Carzola has been linked to United.

Benzema is wanted by Madrid cause Villa is staying at Valencia. Lyon say they want to keep him for another year. Ribery wants to goto Madrid, Fabregas has said he wants to win things and would even play for Madrid (shock horror) despite being a passionate Catalan...

Albiol is reported as a done deal, the rest is all rumour. Nothing much is happening.

When the Ronaldo sale goes through, maybe thnigs may start happening.

Rumours that City are going after Eto'o, which would depend on Villa's situation. Imo Eto'o would be the best thing that could happen to Robinho. He'll never be a great goal-scorer but playing alongside one can allow Robinho to showcase all his talents.
