It'll take them another season or two to get the right transfers happening. Remember when Chelsea splashed out on Mateja Kezman, Juan Veron, Adrian Mutu, Hernan Crespo, Damien Duff, Scott Parker, Alexei Smertin and Geremi? It took them failure in the market before they made the right signings and a decent manager.

Ireland's part of the Milner move. We're not that deep actually, we won't be leaving anyone significant out of the final 25. Which I've reiterated time and time again.

So City pay 18m pound for Milner and Real Madrid pay 15m Euros for Ozil.

That's pretty funny considering Ozil has more ability in his big toes than Milner.

Well considering we paid Villa 18m, I'd say they valued Ireland at 8m. Which isn't bad considering he's done three-fifths of f**k all during his career, except for that one season.

Shay Given will be heading to Celtic on loan with a 24hour recall clause.

We don't need an Ozil though, we have Silva. We needed Milner though.
And also, Ozil is in the last year of his contract. Big difference.
