The most frustrating thing is we’ve gone back to the 3 settlers per set in the red zone and the settlers are normally one of the Saifitis shuffling toward the defensive line not trying to work for an offload or quick play the ball.

Hastings and Gamble should get dropped to send a message imo. We have depth this year and the players need to know it.

Dropping both our starting halves after 1 bad trial would be absolute madness when they were huge

As garbage as that was we need to remind ourselves who our opponents were today. It was awful but it could have been far worse. It was classic second half Storm. Once they have you they just throttle you to
Death. It is about getting the job done.

The sad thing about it is you can see that the standards, discipline and expectation of themselves that the top teams have still just isn't there. That was pure rubbish across the board. Not panic stations after a trial, but the team still has a few corners to turn yet.

Not everyone. Just Hastings and the Safs at least should be benched. Keep 'em on their toes imo. It's not like we don't have depth this year.
