Excellent by comparison to 9 on Thursday and indeed, very good in its own right.

The Game Plan is good. I've watched it both weeks and it really is better than TFS in every aspect save the budget (which I don't give a sh*t about). Unfortunately by airing next Wednesday night instead of Thursday, the already small, hardcore type audience may dwindle significantly. One bonus is that I'll get to watch NRL on Fox followed by The Game Plan. Haven't had a chance to watch One Week At A Time yet, but by all accounts from here it's good.

You'll only get standard defintion through foxtel and only if you have cable on 125 from memory.

If you've got a HD televison, then its channel 1 on the TV.

ONE WEEK AT A TIME - NRL

One Week At A Time - NRL, a Rugby League version of the proven ratings winner was launched on ONE HD on Monday, March 14 and hosted by some of the most respected names in the NRL.

ONE HD's NRL guru Adam Hawse will host the NRL panel show and he will be joined by NSW State of Origin Coach Ricky Stuart, ex-Bronco Ben Ikin and Newcastle Knight Adam MacDougall.

League fans will hear from the key people in the game including coaches, administrators and of course players. This will be complemented by a full wrap of the weekend's games as well as regular segments The Dilemma and Monday Night Footy Wrap.

On ONE HD tonight: Monday, March 21 at 8.30PM (AEDT)

*Note – Brisbane at 7.30pm and Perth at 10.30pm.

Looks like One Week At A Time is being pushed back to Midnight in the Southern States now the aussie rules version is starting next week. I expect the same to happen to The Game Plan.

Guess we shouldn't get our hopes up about One treating the sport any better than nine does

The Game Plan was on tonight due to the AFL season starting tomorrow night, I'm hearing out of Adelaide that it is now advertised that the AFL Game Plan will be shown in that state at the usual time of the NRL Game Plan on Thursday Night.

I guess it was only national until the aerial ping pong started. Hopefully, one week at a time does not go the same way.

Really, really disappointing.
