lol yet you watched a Chel$ki game.

As for Ajax, are you living in 1971? They've got heaps of foreigners in their team and former Ajax legends such as Cruijff have been complaining for years that Ajax don't play beautiful football because they spend heavily instead of producing players.

oh you want them to play a style of football from decades ago? There is a need for defence in modern football...

and cruijff complains about alot of things so I don't take notice

Xavi, Messi, Iniesta, Puyol, Pique, Valdes, Busquets and Pedro.

All 'juniors'.

Even penny-saving Arsene has spent more on Arsenal's starting 11 compared to Barca. If you hate money, hate Real Madrid.

oh I hate Real Madrid too

that club will never go broke, no matter how much they spend

what is wrong with watching a chelski manure game??

Umm, maybe the fact that you said you find teams who buy players boring, yet you watched a game where only two of 28 players who featured in the match were developed by their clubs. In comparison, more than half of Barcelona's starting side were homegrown.

True that about Madrid, richest club in the world that's only going to keep getting richer, and they did it without having to rely on third=party owners like *cough* Chelsea.

Bigger endorsement of their recent failures though that they are the richest club in the world and can't even buy their success.

Chelski very unlucky not to get a spot kick at the end, only Manure could get away with that.

We've been royally screwed by the refs in the last three times we've played Chelsea, probably costing us the premiership title last year (considering we still only finished one point behind them). Also no mention of the two Chelsea players who should've got a yellow for fouls on Rooney in the first half (Essien's was almost a straight red offence) who then did pick up a yellow in the second half. Obviously that doesn't necessarily mean that they would've got sent off as they likely wouldn't have gone in so hard the second time, but let's not pretend Utd are the only team who gets good calls. The only one who the media focuses on, maybe.

No, they just rely on government hand outs.

seriously, what has any of that to do with getting away with a blatant free kick

It doesn't change the fact that it should have been a free kick at the end, Ferguson can sit there all high and mighty and say he doesn't care after how his team has been on the receiving end of calls, but everyone knows he is a massive hypocrite for doing so; it doesn't matter about the past, it's about what happens at the game, to the moment, and the fact is that it should have been a free kick. Would Chelsea have scored from it? Maybe, maybe not.

I don't really care though, because in the end, the better team won.

Well they do own 48% of the T.V deal don't they, with Barcelona making up the other 48%, and 2% dedicated to the rest of the League.
