You can see the difference in their playing styles. Of the four teams playing today the Samoans have a large power advantage whereas the other three teams have to rely on their speed and moving the ball around. Most of their tries against the US were just power busts with a few offloads, something the other teams just cant manage.

Having said that Lebanon is fast. It's the Welsh kicking game that is the difference.
