Whats the Bears fetish wanting to give Manly a chance not to have to travel to Perth every year. Remember Northern Eagles. Yep Manly shat on that. Make Manly fly to Perth every year. Billy Moore. Silly Billy.
That’s a horrible thing to say regardless of the subject matter.Looks like Peter Fitzsimmons
If you got your head out of your arris you’d know I have said all along I’ll support it if set up right.Gotta love how mr " I'll never follow the Bears " Perth Red now has a Bear as his avatar lol
Am I the only one still disappointed that it appears one home premiership game in Sydney looks to be locked in (in addition to a pre-season game)?
One pre-season game, sure, no problem. I have zero issues with that. But a home premiership game as well? Being played in a market that has literally hundreds of games per year already being played? Nope. I don't like that.

Like it or not the North Sydney side of the venture is worth cultivating, the Bears had some blue-chip sponsors in the day and demographically it is a very wealthy area.Am I the only one still disappointed that it appears one home premiership game in Sydney looks to be locked in (in addition to a pre-season game)?

Sydney is the biggest Rugby market on planet earth, pulling them along for the ride won't hurt!Am I the only one still disappointed that it appears one home premiership game in Sydney looks to be locked in (in addition to a pre-season game)?

He’s correct of course. He’s been very consistent from day 1. You of course just change basic things like your place of birth without even blinking an eye.Classic Perth Red gaslighting. I didn't expect anything less.
At least he can now shut up and stop bagging out the other clubs now that he has got his precious Perth team.Classic Perth Red gaslighting. I didn't expect anything less.

Sounds all good. I wonder if this means norths in NSW Cup but flegg, ball etc from Perth and norths.
That's a good idea, covers a lot of areas.Could keep the NS pathways as is, then add Perth junior teams to Mal Meninga & Cyril Connell Cups in the QLD comps?
Souths first game back was about 36,000, surely new Allianz would sell out for the Bears
Optus outdrawing Allianz wouldn't be hard, you can fit the Roosters fanbase into a London phonebox. If they have to have a regular season game in Sydney I’d prefer Allianz and they try and fill the joint, at least while the novelty is still there. Could get involved with Eora round maybe.
A game in NSW should be on the condition that Perth never host Magic and get 11 games in WA which is in line with Melbourne, Auckland, Gold Coast etc. Perth might want to make sure they have a game at Optus that outdraws Allianz though or you’d never hear the end of it.
