I understand the opinion. I don’t like the term “licensing”. Beside the point though.

Let’s wait for the detail to be announced officially first.
Yeah, I said "licensing" in so far as Norths being more of a hands-off partner - certainly compared to what we've seen in the three joint ventures so far.

"You can use our brand, colours, heritage jersey designs (basically our IP) with our blessing - we'll let you manage the NRL in WA with no interference from us, and we can support that by bringing our fanbase & feeder teams for a suitable funding arrangement" sounds like a mutually beneficial operating model to me.

No one from 1999 is on the current Norths board so what difference would that make.

If all else fails they could always recruit board members that assault women like Sharkies. Is that more your cup of tea?
Sorry I missed your post. I’m watching my NRL club play. In an elimination finsl at the top level. What are your parasites doing?

You sure? Kinda looks like you’re spending your time on a Bears post. Which is odd behaviour considering you don’t like them.

Up up Cronulla!
Good win by them. Hung on in the second half, looked gassed by the 60th min.

I feel happy for all their real fans who went to the game or those who spent their time engaged in the game thread. Too bad you spent your time on neither and chose to remain in a Bears thread. Your support is appreciated though! Thanks for spending hours of your day, each day talking about the Bears!

Don't worry come next Saturday night, he'll have plenty of time to spend here, as the sharks shan't be going any further after that performance, they won.. yes, but were exhausted after skiing downhill 1st half, that won't be happening against Penrith they'll be gassed defending after the first 30 mins

Mind you, the way they've managed to rationalize Melbourne a little via relocation (Sydney) and something KINDA like what the Western Bears is proposing (Brisbane) and have those two clubs find a decent sustained levels of onfield success - unlike our joint ventures - is pretty admirable.

I’m a huge fan of it

It’s basically 2 clubs back vs one

Who gives a f**k about flogball?
Take your obsession elsewhere tiktok.
Your Raiders got absolutely robbed in NSW Cup, 9-1 penalty count to Newtown in the 2nd half, so bias, you can’t tell me that they didn’t want a Newtown v Bears GF.
That was so blatant, horrible for Raiders fans to watch.
If the Bears get that Referee this Sunday we’re f#cked.

The North Brisbane Devils defeated the Redcliffe Dolphins 34-20 to win the Hostplus QLD Cup Grand Final yesterday, in a battle between the NRL Dolphins two feeder clubs.
The Devils now wait to face the winner of the North Sydney Bears v the Newtown Jets on NRL Grand Final Day in the NRL State Championship Final.
This is my favourite match on NRL Grand Final day, I love seeing the Champions of the two competitions play each other.
Last years wish of Bears v Bears never eventuated with the South Sydney Rabbitohs defeating the North Sydney Bears and the Brisbane Tigers defeating the Burleigh Bears by the identical score of 22-18.
This years hopefully it’ll be the battle of “NORTHS”, the North Sydney Bears v the North Brisbane Devils, the Newtown Jets stand in the way of this happening.
