I don't think so, at the moment they are a mid table roster, if you look at gold coast, warriors, even dragons, they have a similar if not better squad on paper, and if bennet can gel that, you'll see cody walker, or someone join in and polish the attack.... just remember this the first year, theyll be bums on seats and eyes watching its novelty time... dont forget the rumours of sean o sullian and the milf are still around,
And sean won 2nite, did it of the back of a an experienced and 2nd grade pack
Good pack, no spine and bog avg backs. At moment.
You can’t win games scoring 12 or less.

How will they avg 20k when they intend to play some games at venues with a 12k capacity? it would require them to draw more than the broncos for the games at suncorp if it’s more than 1or 2 games!
Im sure its versus clubs like raiders, sharks, sea eagles, dogs, etc they pick the lower rated away crowd teams... maybe not them exactly.. the rest will be suncorp vs bronx, cows, titans, storm... dragons, souths both have a good qld away fanbase.. im sure theyll call grotd to find out thru the AFL atttendaces.. ha haha

Exactly. The thing against the Dolphins atm and indeed any more expansion is the division of spine talent.

Their backs and potential spine players (unless they get Munster for 24) doesn’t look great. There are enough forwards, even potentially backs around to have more sides but it is the key position players that are the worry
Thats every club in the bottom 8,
we need to start the "Cronk University, Northern Territory" ....asap,
round up all the Halves juniors from SG Ball and send them to Alice Springs, get Cooper, JT, and Brandy to run a month session, camp out there around Uluru, and train these little C.U.N.T's hard so that when we get to 20 teams, we'll have enough of these.... "HALVES" to spread out for every club to use and abuse...
just like they do now with kyle flanagan.. if he was a real C.U.N.T. graduate, dogs would be higher on the ladder, not spooning

For every game they play at Redcliffe and Sunshine Coast they will need to get 28k at Suncorp to get a 20kavg. and that’s presuming it isn’t raining and 12k turn up at those two small stadiums. If it’s only one game at each then not such a probable but if they are talking about taking 4 or 5 games there we’ll then a 20k avg becomes much harder, Unless they can pack out suncorp which given their target fanbase is 40km away seems a challenge.

Hey the games vs the broncos should be instant sell outs and the titans storm and Cowboys 40k. The better Sydney clubs should be 30k plus

Canberra knights Cronulla will get Redcliffe or sunny coast

Panthers and Knights usually have the least away supporters at Broncos games. Manly and Dogs have good support in QLD, Raiders pretty good too.

I’m not surprised about the Panthers and Knights. I’m a bit surprised about Manly although maybe like the Dogs and Canberra, it might have to do with their successes in the 80’s and 90’s. Cronulla wouldn’t have much support up there either I wouldn’t think.

Dragons and Souths would have plenty

Like you don’t think the game vs Brisbane will be a sell out lmao

thats the whole idea of another brisbane team the Queensland derbies will all have massive crowds. Both the the dolphins and the other Queensland clubs

If the dolphins can’t average 20k then what hope do Perth have

unlike wa it’s a rugby league state and an existing club to boot with a proud history

Broncos only got 32k Vs Titans just recently, assuming Dolphins will get 40k against them is wishful thinking.

Perth will average 25k even when they get wooden spoon. City is hotbed for talent & 85% of squad will be locals. Majority of kayo viewers from Western Australia. Western Reds were most successful team in history of NRL, but were cut because competition is Sydney centric

Not many clubs do average 20k. Maybe Parra, probably the Broncos. That would be it
