Ironically Mandurah pirates has been launched by RugbyWA with a goal of being in premier grade by 2026. So Rugba league lol

pretty sure rugby clubs having brands that are also used in league isn’t something new. a grade rugby club called pirates has 0 to do with an sg ball club called pirates from 2017. not even sure what the relevance is. either all rugby league or rugby the pirates name is butthole.

thats not correct at all. Perth reds claims to have sources and inside information which is a lie because the info is wrong. always wrong in my time here anyways. people even asked him for source and we get potatoes. this is nothing to do with links to articles etc that has nothing to do with it at all. matter of facts i argues that most people in this thread post with links. but only one bloke claims to have inside info and sources which again it wrong.

I dont argues with you on other things though. Think we agree that multiple people here must have no time to sleep due to their commitments to expansion teams, broadcast deals, stadium deals, government consultants etc etc etc. amazing they have time to post here with them being experts in so many fields

That looks like its set where the carparking / bus & taxi set-down/pickup is for the stadium. Just in case the parking situation wasn't already challenging enough as it is. They REALLY want us to use the trains, eh?!

To be fair a lot of people here including those from WA have been wrong on many issues pertaining to WA Bears bid.

Firstly, the glaring issues with the WA Consortium and the fact that NRL had 0 confidence in it. So far as to already delegating oversight prior to the bid even officially being submitted. Secondly, just how advanced the ARLC/NRL were with the WA Government prior to their formal meeting in Sydney including in-principle agreements. Just saying.
