I think that was bullshit intended to stop Thurston from firing up next time.

Every team attacks one (or both) of the opposition halves. When faced with the choice of Cronk or Thurston you would attack Thurston every time. Cherry-Evans is a better defender than Thurston as well.

You are too kind. We didn't just go wide, we offloaded after the 3rd pass (to no one) when it wasn't on in our own 20metres. We had made 3 errors in the first few minutes

That's how we play every week, or at least against teams with better packs than ours.

The only team we have beaten through the middle this year was the Dragons.
