YEh my fave as well. If not the red, black and gold/yellow, what other colour combinations would you consider a good choice for the WA Reds?

A team called the reds, playing in not red?

Unless of course you are talking about an away/alternate jersey?

It's hard to run a survey with one option! :)

You want more options?

not that i like these but:

- Grey/Black/Gold
- Silver/Gold
- Red/Sliver
- Red/Orange
- Red/Black/White
- Gold/Black
- Yellow/Black

I like none of them just to put it out there.

In another huge stride forward for WA Rugby League the Jnr Reds SG Ball side picked up its first ever away win by defeating, arguably, the strongest Jnr RL nursery in the world.
Penrith Panthers 22- WA Reds 28

Well done to all our boys this year. Its been another steep learning curve for them and the travelling every other week has been hard but they have made massive improvements this year and with our Jnr Elite academy programme now in full operation I can only see WA Jnr RL getting stronger and stronger.

For me there are probably 5 or 6 players in the SG Ball side that would do well in Toyota cup and have great potential. In the backs I'd say Eddie Proudler is a standout halfback and in the forwards Thomas Fry has very good footwork and offoading skills for a big lad.

So that means ch 9 want the bears and the reds in does it?

Just means that channel 9 thinks those games are 1 of the two most important games for those weeks respectively.

Why are they one of the two most important games? Their location may have something to do with it.

I wouldn't have a clue, you tell me. I just find it interesting. If a decision is made on expansion soon, the Perth game will fall right in the middle of such pending issues. Maybe they are testing to see how many more viewers tune in, maybe they wanna see the turn out, maybe it's coincidence, maybe it's got nothing to do with anything. I wouldn't know, therefore your assumptions are as good as mine. But don't be assuming what I think based on one reply.

Will this be the first 9.30pm (EST) live kick off game ever? Will be interesting to see the viewing and if more people tune in for a live game in Q'land and NSW at 9.30 than a replay. I guess ideally if there is another Q'land v NSW team game then they could have a live 7.30 and live 9.30 both featuring Q'land and NSW teams.

Yep I agree with that PR. I think we're seeing one of the biggest inherent advantages with the Perth bid playing out right in front of our eyes.

I hope you Perth fans like Friday night games :)

Has it been stated that the game will be at 9.30pm est?
