I haven't heard anything about that. Would make some sense though I get the idea that Sage isn't one for sharing his toys! I don;t get people's keeness on Sage, he has already gone on record as saying he isn;t prepared to put any of his own money into an NRL club and brings very little to the table as far as I can see. His track record with Perth Glory is hardly cause for celebration.
Advertising has been good for the game, better than previous years I would say. Regular TV adds during the Sunday NRL game, a little bit of advertising in the West Australian and some direct marketing to those who bough tickets online last year (Sam Burgess auto call urging fans to get to the game). The 6pm KO is going to have an effect sadly. Just once it would be nice to have the weather, the KO and the traffic gods all on our side!
