This.

It's a f**king stupid idea (unless all the profits go to a charity of the players choice). That's the only way I could support it.

That's all well and good but a individual giving a large amount to charity would receive generous tax breaks. Would you still support it then?

Your blokes can't even cheat the cap properly. Get caught and still finish last.
they're not my blokes i don't have anything to do with them. parra cheated the cap and didn't ruin the comp for the rest of the league. parra are the best cap cheaters in history.

Money doesn't go through the individual. It is given to the charities direct from the NRL.

Depends how it is structured I guess. So the Nrl/gov receives the benefit for the fans wanting to see a smith v Thurston game? The qld fans would love to see that match. Give the fans what they want.

I'd like to know who's f**king idea it is before grabbing dick . . . I'd bet making him an immortal wasn't Johns' idea and I don't blame him for accepting what he made from it. You need to look at who's making the most

Would you leave a job to do the same thing at another job for the same price?

Entirely possible. However, if my industry had a salary cap and I was asked to sign multiple contracts at my current employer to match what a competitor was offering, surely something would raise the idea in my mind that something wasn't entirely above board here...

I think players do accept a slightly lower price for staying with the same club. There has to be an incentive to move clubs.

There is. It's called money and TPA's. Hiding these is called 'cheating the cap'

But either way your bring up something that happened a decade ago to justify your reasoning. It's a completely different situation to back then.

People will always be judged on their actions in the past. Sorry to break it to you.

I'm actually serious... how have you survived this long?

Pluck and moxy, mostly.

What about you? It must be tough not being able to see what's right in front of you. Cap cheating scams, large motor vehicles, sheer precipitous drops in elevation....

You never answer anyone's question. Why would this bother you now?
C'mon ol' mate, are you silly enough to imagine Melbourne didn't revamp their rorting to modern standards. I hope they're doing anything necessary to keep 'what's theirs' . . . but that's beside the point . . . tell us, what do you think Melbourne learned from being caught

i signed 2 contracts the other day when I got a new car. One for my records and one for there's. Can't see a big issue with multiple contracts really.

Can we get back on topic? I'd love talking about what happens 10yrs ago.

Back to monetizing a trial game.
