 "This possible outcome." The NRL CEO and Bruno Cullen haven't even met yet sport.

Possible - that may or can happen. Eventuate - to be the outcome.

I am speculating ON WHAT MAY OCCUR, understand sport?

I was quite aware of that. How about the "speculation" that the NRL CEO and the Broncos come to an agreeable decision? This possible outcome, of course would beg the question just how much the Broncos have the game's interests at heart.

I'm sure you get my point now. ;-)

If the Broncos are actually doing this, they need to forfeit the result, be given a fine that Makes Joel Clintons look like pocket change and docked more than a few competition points.

You can voice that if you want, but you certainly wont get a smart ass repsonse form me. Why not just say your point that they may reach an agreement, is that too difficult ?

This afternoon it has been confirmed that Karmichael Hunt has tested positive to swine flu.
On Tuesday evening, both the Broncos NRL squad and the Broncos under 20's squad were placed into quarantine for 72 hours. Players from both these teams came into close contact with Karmichael on Monday so all precautionary measures were taken.
At this stage, the Broncos cannot officially confirm whether or not the game will be played at Suncorp Stadium tomorrow night.
By now you will have no doubt heard mixed messages from various media outlets. At this stage we ask that you ignore these reports as we will pass on the correct information, via our website, as soon as we receive further advice from our Managing Director, Bruno Cullen.
We pass on our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you very much for your understanding.

What if they couldn't train all week because it rained ??

Softcock arsewipes ..

All other Clubs who have had players withdraw due to illness or injury should sue the bastards if they get away with this.

I was more voicing my opinion of your bias on the matter. Saying the broncos 'possibly doing this' would 'possibly demonstrate that they are running the game,' is like saying that me 'possibly being a murderer, possibly makes me a bad person.'

My own opinion on the matter is that if the NRL force the broncos to play, they should play (especially if the only reason is lack of preparation), but if another team in the future is faced with similar circumstances, then the same rule should be applied. I'd argue that it may be difficult to field a team, if all our squads are quarantined, but that no longer seems to be the issue.

There was no bias, there are two ways to see this matter, I voiced one of them. I did not say that Brisbane are running the game, I said "If this course of action is taken it begs the question who is running the game".

Meaning, News Ltd or NRL, everything is not about Brisbane, you do realise that don't you ?

If they take this course of action, they (Broncos v Games governing body) will end up in the courts, because they have shown nothing but contempt for the games governing body.

It certainly appeared as though you were talking about the Broncos, but I'm not going into a debate based on semantics on an internet forum. So carry on.

At least use my quote in context, as you can see that says that if this course of action goes ahead, it shows the Broncos contempt for the games governing body. Understand sport ? You know dont want to argue semantics now, just admit you over reacted to an obvious point you overlooked.
