Hilarious. What great timing.

All 3 of his fumbles were pretty significant errors in judgement, that is the worrying thing. If you have anything more than a 10% error rate in the NFL, you don't last long. His 3rd fumble in particular would have scared the 49ers out of giving him more RB time, one handed loose carries with 3 guys hanging off you is a textbook recipe for a fumble for a RB.
As for him at RB, his running is 'ok' but he looks absolutely clueless blocking even if he makes a block, which is why the coaches would be reluctant to give him more time... Coupled with incredibly poor ball security and it doesn't equal anything but a few relatively minor plays throughout a game.
On the plus side for Hayne, Kendall Hunter is ineligible to be re-signed by the 49ers from IR as they didn't do his paperwork in time, so they'd need to sign someone else from another team to replace him in the squad.
Dugan would have scored 5 TDs by now.
Hayne so should have went to Seahawks.
His management have obviously just gone the team they thought would be the easiest to crack
How was his 2nd "fumble" remotely his fault? He called a fair catch and got bowled over by his team mate
The 49ers are just a woeful f**king team. Hayne is in no way a factor in how shit their defence is or how terrible Kap is at QB

Wouldn't make the team
Considering there come out and said they only got there return man from the draft because Hayne said no there's a decent chance he would have been given ago. The bloke they went with Lockett is absolute killing it.
Hayne options
And when it comes to Hayne, this columnist is as big a fan of his "chase your dream" story with the 49ers as there is. The phone started to ring on Friday as soon as he was made an "inactive" player for San Francisco's clash with the Seahawks. Rival clubs were saying that Hayne would end up at the Roosters as early as next year if things went south.
Yes, the Roosters have cap problems, but surely the NRL would come up with allowances to ensure that a player as good and as marketable as Hayne would get a start. If anyone could make it happen it would be Roosters head honcho Nick Politis. Here's hoping it doesn't get to that point and Hayne continues his NFL journey.
