Slumdog millionaire. Never got around to seeing this before. I always thought it was a comedy, yeah, well. Really good movie.

X-Men Apocalypse - 7/10. A plotless, aimless collection of great scenes cobbled together lazily, what happened to the Brian Singer who used to take his time developing character and theme? Rebooting all the X-Men we already know is stale, much like the continuous Spidey reboots. They get too much screen time at the expense of McAvoy and Fassbender, who are easily the two most fascinating characters of the franchise.

Well put, pretty disappointing. Was never going to top Days of Future past, but still meh .

Lights Out- 7/10

Unfriended. Quite a good thriller about a ghost popping up during a group skype. Sounds dumb but it's good.

This had some pretty good laughs as well. Liked it a lot B+

the skype screens constantly buffering kinda made me nauseous though, its like they were all with bigpond.

Made my Mrs watch the shallows then grabbed her from under the water when we went swimming off the boat the next day.

If this were my missus she would file for divorce.

She was even scared during Rouge (this low budget aussie movie with a croc hunting everyone) but she was bored as hell during Woman In Black, horror one with the Potter guy in it zzzz

*SPOILER ALERT* considering the movie is 19 years old I think.

Cube....haven't seen it for a while so I gave it a re-run.

That so called copper Quentin needed his balls sown to his forehead. What a total merkin!!

Just me and my absolute hatred of authority.

Amanda Knox doco on Netflix.

Starting to wonder if Netflix can do an unbiased Doco.

Train to Busan. If you like Zombie/Infected movies then this should be on your to watch list. Very entertaining and a good story.

For anyone who has seen this movie, check out the facial and personality similarities between Quentin and Justin Hodges. Quite uncanny.

Both must have fallen out of the same merkin.

Just did the Groundhog Day - Lost in Translation double. A tradition of mine. Both 10/10.

I find them to be transcendent movie experiences. Bill Murray is just such a uniquely talented actor.

He has a gift that I can't quite put my finger on. And the phrase "I can't imagine anyone else in that role" has never been more appropriate.

Lost In Translation literally goes up my all-time favourite movie list after every repeat viewing. It's entrenched in the top 5 now.
