No Time to Die was entertaining, good action scenes. The plot was ridiculous though, even for a Bond movie.

I rate Skyfall higher but agree its better than Spectre and QOS

I really enjoyed it.

I think the screenwriters were up against it in a way - they clearly were setting out to write a film to end Craig’s time and they’ve never done that before. No other Bond actors final movie was expressly written to close the book on their time in the tuxedo so this movie had a really different feel.

I don’t think it was as good as Casino Royale, but I think it was better than the other three of his. Yes, the plot got a bit murky but that’s the case in basically every James Bond movie. None of the plots make sense if you really look at them. And I enjoyed this enough, and it had enough real emotional weight, that it didn’t really bother me either.

Donut King. You can watch it on Docplay which has a 2 week trial, and well worth it. 8.5

A movie about a guy who makes donuts probably doesn't sound like much, but it was great. Even managed to keep a moody 20 yo student absorbed.

Malignant. 6, would have been a 3-4 but for a real good part after the reveal.

Nearly turned it off a couple of times, but worth it in the end though the actual end was soft

Hunter Hunter 7.5. Decent enough thriller that was lifted a full 2 points by the end. Nailed it.

Basically about a family of three who live off the grid in the woods and a predator moves into their area.

I liked uncut gems. Familiar theme that I generally enjoy . Out of control gambler who keeps self inflicting damage. Watching a train wreck I suppose. Tense without redemption.

Uncut Gems was a weird move. I really wasn't enjoying it until the last 30 or so minutes, which then became an almost panic attack inducing experience.

Lake Mungo - Aussie found footage film, supposed to have a bit of a cult following. Real low budget and slow.... Pretty creepy though.

Red Notice

The Rock. Ryan Reynolds. Gal Gadot.

I got your notice right here. This movie f**ken sucks the pus out of dead dogs arseholes.

Total horseshit heist movie. Rick and Morty were spot on about how there should never be another “heist” movie.

Heed my review and save your time on this Earth by not watching this dross!!!!

Negative spuds. 😤
I'm totally confused, did you like the film or not?

Hall Pass

Had a few good laughs. Can relate so much to these guys. Even at 40 odd Christina Applegate is a complete stunner.
