Get the office set, then there is someone there that BA is genuinely answerable to. At the moment it seems as though BA is answerable straight to Max/board, and they aren't going to be there everyday gathering info. Needs to be a chain of reporting, players to coaches, assistant coaches to BA, BA to HOF, BA & HOF to CEO and then back the other way, and that's just for the playing group. Everything at the club at the moment is clunking along as poorly organised/led as the team. I sadly get the feeling that the stadium opening will be a big miss (although I suspect we will also be let down by NRL there)I don’t disagree with this and our office needs as much attention as anything. However, I think our chances of success are equally poor if we do sort out that side of things with BA still as coach. I genuinely think he has lost the trust of the dressing room...not so much their loyalty, moreso their belief that he has the capability of providing a successful game plan.
We need a complete overhaul from the front office to the coaching staff and playing roster. By limiting changes to only 1 or 2 of those things then I can’t see us significantly improving.
