Any Fullback would be a KR/PR or a small WR like DeSean Jackson.
and Centres could probably play TE and our Forwards would probably get a start @ DE..

Jarryd Hayne could be the first player in NFL history to play both punter and punt returner. His boot is massive

SKD at 6ft 5 would probably make a decent tight end because he has decent speed and bulk. Too solid for CB IMO.

Yep, Cb have to be fast and agile e.g young Matty Bowen. O6 Inglis would have been a deep threat WR, now he'd be more a type to keep the chains moving. Thinking outside the box a bit Uate would be ideal for a safety position as would Yow-Yeh.

I think Uate has the build of a RB and Inglis a TE. Not sure on Yow Yeh. He looks like a Safety to me.

I know a lot of NSW might roll their eyes, but what about Gidley as a CB?
Tariq Sims as a LB, I know people see him as a possible TE but the way he knocks people down!
And I didn't think I'd EVER be talking about tackles and centers however, David Hala from the Broncos....massive!
And he can bench 187kg! Obviously he'd need more weight but the guy is a monster!

Matai would be a strong safety, waaaaay too small for line backer, he's about 208 pounds, even small linebackers are around 30 pounds bugger than him. Tony Williams would make a decent tightend or a big RB like Brandon Jacobs

Their NRL weight isn't the be and end all. Not to be a dick but you seem to understand the game, surprising that you're not taking into consideration the cardio differences and prominence in regards to player weight. Granted Matai actually is small, but everyone can eat. It would be nothing for most NRL players to bulk up.

If Herman Johnson played NRL he wouldn't be weighing in at 350lb +

Height is something to look at, weight I wouldn't pay that much mind to

FB:FFMM, Taylor, Richie Fa'aoso, Sika Manu
RB: Uate, Jennings, Vatuvei, Sau,
WR: Folau, Hayne, Yow Yeh, Slater
TE: Inglis, Idris, Tony Williams, Mateo
OLB: SBW, James Tamou, Masoe, JWH, Sims
ILB: Gallen, Thaiday, Hindmarsh, Myles
CB: Morris, K Gordon, Mead
SS: Matai, Watmough, Tahu, Creagh, Lawrence
FS: Dugan, Stewart, Boyd

KR: Barba, Gardner, Slater, Locke, K Gordon

I wouldn't mind Ukuma Ta'ai at MLB too

I'm surprised big Tommy Learoyd-Lahrs hasn't been mentioned(or maybe I missed it), he's plenty explosive and could easily throw on another 20lb + with no issue. He'd make a monster OLB imo

I heard when he was at the Broncos the word was he was the fastest player on the whole team

He'd be a DE IMO because of his height. Looks to have decent reach too.

I'm only a new fan so still getting myself aqquainted with all the positions. You're right though, he'd make a good End

The one problem I see with a lot of hypothetical selections is people are too small. It's okay having a few individual Gallen like midgets but need some genuine size

Alot of Union players would make decent hypotheticals too, even if the game is softer. Hosea Gear would make a geniused FB imo. Probably a decent TE too, even though he'd be relatively short

Gallen would be a good Ray Lewis/Bart Scott type LB. Whack on a few pounds and he would be a beast. Gallen could also play FB with his low centre of gravity. He'd be a punishing blocker and a good goal line threat IMO.

Moimoi would make a good short yardage fullback. He can also smash people, so (obviously, working on technique) he could make a decent blocker.

I think Hayne would have to play running back - give him the ability to both run with the ball or get a catch. Limiting his skills to just catching would be a shame.

Hindy (weight and training provided, naturally) would be a great middle linebacker. Would shut everything down.
