If you want to look at how to run a club in the NRL you definitely look at the Storm and Roosters set up and management.
Incredibly, neither are known for their junior nurseries, even more so the Storm as they are located in the heart of Melbourne in die hard AFL territory, by rights both clubs you would think should be struggling the way the Titans have been in recent years.
However, we all know both clubs appear to have good financial backing and a stable coaching system in place which helps, but obviously their recruitment, talent spotting, facilitation with feeder clubs and treatment and opportunities to attract players is beyond what the other clubs are doing to remain so competitive for such a long period of time.
The sooner our club can follow a similar path in management the better for us long time suffering WT supporters.
