If the plan was to replace SJ, be was clearly limping from the 60min mark and not replaced, so we have to scrap that theory.

Lolo hardly got a touch on the ball when coming on.

The only thing that possibly makes any sense is when TL went down last week the reshuffle seemed unorganised. But really is no different if a half goes down to reshuffle vs bringing a guy off the bench.

Basically dumb move, which seems to have cost us the game.

The only thing I could think of was securing Fus at fullback, which imo he's better at than Lolohea.

But geez, why field Super Thomes & Jonathan Plod and bench Tui?
He owns both of them and Maumalo.

So Tui's form is a bit off? Theres a few others who you'd single out before you got to Tui on form with Wright probably being one of them. According to the coach he's noticed this over the last three weeks but decides to change the line up right before kickoff, no wonder we are all scratching our heads.
Sounds like a way of shifting the blame if you ask me.

We lacked attacking spark without Lolohea and I spent the first half hour of the game thinking he must be injured or something, and that we'll struggle in this game, and in future games, without him.

However, it turns out he's not injured afterall.

This is an ongoing problem for the club, just exactly where Lolohea's longterm playing position is. Is he even going to be squeezed out next year? That sounds mad but look what happened yesterday.
