Hurrell on the right & I think it should be Mata'utia to replace Farrell. The Dragons need to keep Thompson in the pack, but have him as an option in the centres. ( for in game injuries )

Hurrell hasn't been selected.

The team will be nothing like that, its just a copy and paste from last week. JDB and possibly Friz will be in and he didn't even start Hunt last week. Farrell will definately be out

Yep, but no word on a replacement yet - probably won't name one until Saturday

St George Illawarra Dragons centre Dylan Farrell will commence his rehabilitation after having surgery on his ruptured pectoral muscle on Wednesday.

The Culburra Dolphins junior previously had scans on the injury prior to surgery after suffering the ailment during the 28-24 loss to the Melbourne Storm at AAMI Park, Melbourne on Monday. Farrell has not been provided a definitive time-frame on his recovery but is expected to be available for the Red V later this season.

?Dylan has had his pectoral muscle repaired and we?ve already sighted him after the surgery,? said Dragons Performance Director Andrew Gray.
?He?s focused on his rehabilitation and will be in a sling for a few weeks and then we?ll get started. We don?t have a definitive time frame when he will be back but he?ll definitely be available to play for us again this season at some stage.?

When Dylan made that brilliant break against Brisbane and chipped for Nightingale to score, I was a bit excited. I turned to my wife and cooed "that reminded me of Gasnier!". I should have shut my stupid mouth.

Get well soon Faz

Yep, hope it's a speedy recovery for the kid. Get him back and firing for the finals.

Mata utia seems the logical choice of replacement. Tempted to say Thompson but we need him in the forwards, we're a better team with him there.

Just read on twitter that green is the likely replacement. Sure hope he isn't...

Who did the tweet come from though? It can't be true but hey most of us haven't been watching these guys play. Having said that I just can't imagine Green as a 1st grader

If that's true, it continues a pattern. What is it about picking replacement centres that Steve Price struggles with ? He seems to specialise in not picking the obvious !

Nathan Green is not a first grader. He's proven that with numerous displays that weren't up to standard.
