Who would you like to see appointed as Dragons Coach for 2015 on

Prior's errors were coachable, he was good for hitting the ball up was rarely dominated like a lot of the other Saints forwards of his time, just don't ask him to offload the ball for second phase play, he was not good at this and a lot of his errors came from this. The guy was a very strong defender too, and under a good coach will be a valuable player again.

IMO he had finally come of age where the good out weighed the bad and looked strong and bent the line in his last season. I don't know if his errors were coachable unless he spent 40hrs a week just focusing on not dropping the ball. I thought he shouldve been retained and he spent a lot of time filling in at centre which did him no favours

Agree....I would have preferred Prior over Harrison and Au Mau.

Something has to be done about Au Mau, other teams have noticed his poor lateral defense and thats probably the main reason he topped the tackle count this week. He's making some good metres but I'm hoping when Creagh returns he will come off the bench and without fatigue (not all of it can be blamed on that) he will make less defensive errors. I'm almost positive he will come off the bench

Mary broke the Hoodoo!!! Give him the keys to the city!!! lol but being serious looking at the draw remaining we still have a 50/50 chance at the finals. I think once you get in this position usually youre really goooone but lets look at it with a few 'if's'

If we win all 3 games we are on 30pts. If you are a Cowboys fan are you confident of winning 2 or there next 4? Same can be said for the Warriors. Parra should win 2/3 and hit 30pts as well so a lot will depend on the effort the Knights & Raiders put in, in terms of differential as we are currently ahead of Parra on that.

There is no doubt there will be some upsets in the last 3 weeks and hopefully they are the ones we need. In no way am I saying we will get in the 8 but I havent thrown the towel in yet

This is why Mary should be given a chance next year IF they make the 8.

We lost 7/8 before Price was sacked and some heavy losses in a row, if we won 4 of those 8 we would equal 1st place. Currently Marys record this year is at 54.5% or 60% if you dont count the Souths game so its not totally unreasonable to think we could be sitting in the top 4 and have the side running better if Mary had the team from the beginning of the preseason. I don't think its fair to judge Mary on Prices legacy or is it for people to expect us to beat top 4 sides at this point. I'm undecided if he should be retained but until a guaranteed better option comes up I'll see how we finish off the season before ruling him out

Yes, even the great Nightingale found it hard to get any form playing all over the place in 2009 to accomodate Sailor.

Knights just did us a huge favour and upset the Warriors 28-22 fulltime!!!

Keeping Harrison who has been the biggest flop I have seen for sometime and letting go Prior was just another really poor decision.

Sure he had errors in his game but he would have offered more then the power puff player Harrison is and to a lesser extent Ah Mau and Mathews.

Exactly, Prior was a much maligned player but he was still better than 80% of the other forwards we had......we weren't and aren't exactly brimming with forwards talent.

We have to win our last 3 its as simple as that. If Cowboys beat Penrith 2mr they will certainly make the 8 however if they dont they have Souths and Manly to come and will have to beat one of those. Warriors are now in real trouble having to beat 2 of Roosters, Titans and Panthers. The Eels are dark horses with a favourable draw but who knows what the knights are capable of after the last 2 weeks. I really believe if we win our games we are still in with a chance. There will be lots of table watching these last few weeks

I truly believe the Board will make an announcement prior to or at season's end. Not long to go now.

However, if members want to advise who should be added to the list, I will ask the mods if Bennett and Henry can be deleted and new candidates added to the list.

We would have to start a new list so we can vote again as not only has the coaching landscape changes so have opinions in the forum. See what you can do mate thx
