You're a bit harsh; he's playing like sh*t now, but at one point he was leading tryscorer by 5+.Shaun Berrigan would have to be close

I would say Scott Minto is bottom 10 , talking about Minto and Covell they are a different pot of fish Covell would be top 15

unbelievable , invincible , charasmatic , dreamy and all class arent words you describe with the modern day rugby league player, however Luke Covell is an exception. Born on November 9th, 1981 to Bob and Shelley , Luke never grew up with a 4 wheel drive, a house with a big roof or a pet dog like most of the other players in the NRL.
Luke did things the hard way, and through that has a streetfighter attitude, and a will to suceed, and from the time in which a scout picked him up at 8pm on December 11th 1999, he has has come leaps and bounds , playing Jersey Flegg , First Division , First Grade and in more recent times NSW and Country Rep Fixtures.
I do not lie, there has been the odd hiccup on the way, with off field dramas involving a casino incident and 3 girls seeing him dropped to first division, however just like Mark Taylor in 1997, at the first test at Edbaston where he scored 129 after a string of bad performances which saw everyone call for his sacking, Luke has bounced back to the very top and in a few weeks will be named in the halves for New Zealand Kiwis (soon to be allstars).
So dont go telling me Luke Covell is the worst player in the NRL. His vision is second to none, and is up there with the likes of Noel Goldthorpe and Alan Langer. His ability to create somthing out of nothing, beat a defender, crunch an attacker, put players through gaps and strike conversions off the boot like a fighter jet makes him one of the most in demand players in the Shire.
Luke Covell.
