What was that about always getting the last word in 18th? Sounds like you're just as bad as me bud.
It's not a case of being easily pleased, it's called being pleasantly surprised.
Given the three top contenders were unavailable (Orton - injured, Cena - fired, HHH - injured) and the rest were involved in the KotR tournament I had no issue with a legend taking on Miz under the proviso it was the legend's first ever WWE title match (not exactly true, but believable) and in a TLC match.
The match basically showed anything can happen, the dangers and the pitfalls and you can't take your eyes off the screen for a moment. Was it revolutionary? No, but it achieved it's purpose so it's fine by me.
This doesn't mean I want to see Lawler become a regular, it just means his performance was alright by me...and well a lot of others too.
If you didn't like the concept because you hate a 60 year old competing with the world champ that's fine by me, I just happen to like good story telling, no matter the age of the combatant. To me, good enough is old enough.
FFS - agree to disagree Pete and spare us whatever your just spewed on to the forum  You went the long way around to justifying that yes, you're in actual fact easily pleased.
